I. Duties and responsibilities:

    • Arrange & plan the cash according to the daily disbursement plan.
    • Receive the repayment by the customer to the AMZ Plc.
    • Issue the receipts or payment slip.
    • Withdraw the cash by the system.
    • Deduct or transfer customers’ repayments in the system.
    • Print a receipt from the system & record the daily transaction.
    • Operate the loan payoff in the system
    • Print payoff receipt from the system & record the daily transaction.
    • Prepare a journal voucher.
    • Data entry the daily revenue or expend into the system.
    • Follow up customers’ repayment schedules.

II. Qualifications & requirement:

    • Studying or graduated the Bachelor of Banking / Finance / Accounting / Economics / Management or related field.
    • ​One year of working experience as teller or related working experience
    • Good communication skills, negotiation and problems solving with the customers.
    • Good team work & cooperation with others
    • Able to communicate in English language.
    • Knowledge of computer (Microsoft Office), Internet and Email (Ms. Outlook).
    • Good character, honesty, high responsibility and patience with working.
    • Good manner of working
    • Must follow to the guidelines and principles of the AMZ Plc.
