Neak Oknha Dr. Hy Kimhong

Neak Oknha Dr. Hy Kimhong is the Chairman of AMZ MFI’s Board of Directors. He used to be a professional lecturer at university level instructing several subjects including Human Resource Management, Leadership and Management, Recruitment, Strategic Management, Organizational Behavior Management.

Neak Oknha was appointed by His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni and given the title of being “Oknha” in 2019 and “Neak Oknha” in 2022.

He has a bachelor’s degree in human resource management from Maharishi Vedic University (MVU), Master’s degree in international business management and a PhD in International Business Management from BODHISASTRA UNIVERSITY FLORIDA, USA.

Mr. Hy Sunheng
Director

Mr. Hy Sunheng is a Director of AMZ microfinance Plc. He has again a lot of experience in Business and Social work before joining with AMZ microfinance Plc. In term of education, Mr. Sunheng is holding a master’s degree in business administration from National University of Management (NUM), and Bachelor’s degree in Mathematic & Science from Khemarasastra Institution.
